Contact Information
This page sets out the official contact details for Casmora Studio and explains how to reach us for each kind of request, from a new project enquiry to a formal legal notice. It is the address of record referred to in our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other published policies.
1. Who We Are
Casmora Studio is an online creative design studio based in Missoula, Montana, in the United States. We provide digital branding, visual content, and web presentation design. The studio operates remotely and works with clients in every time zone. Our full contact details are listed at the end of this page and are the same details referenced across all of our policies.
2. Ways to Reach Us
- Email. The fastest and preferred channel for everything: new enquiries, project questions, invoices, and formal notices.
- Telephone. Available for clients with an active project and for anyone who prefers to speak rather than write. If we cannot take the call, leave your name and email and we will follow up.
- Postal address. Our address of record for formal and legal correspondence.
- Enquiry form. The form on our home page reaches the same inbox as our email address. Using it is optional; you never have to use the form to contact us.
3. Response Times
We aim to reply to every serious enquiry within one business day. Requests that involve a quote, a scope, or a legal question may take longer, and we will tell you when to expect a full answer rather than leaving you waiting. Accessibility feedback is acknowledged within three business days, as set out in our Accessibility Statement.
Our working days are Monday to Friday. Messages received on a weekend or a public holiday are answered on the next business day.
4. Starting a Project
If you are contacting us about new work, it helps to include the following. None of it is required, but each item shortens the path to a useful answer:
- What your business does and who it sells to.
- Which service you are interested in, or a description of the problem if you are not sure.
- Your timeline, including any fixed date the work has to be ready for.
- Your budget range, so that we can tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
- Any existing brand materials, guidelines, or examples you like.
Contacting us does not create a contract and does not commit you to anything. A contract is formed only when you accept a written proposal from us, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
5. Existing Clients
If you have an active project, use the email thread already open for your project so that everything stays in one place. Feedback and approvals must be given in writing to be effective, even where they were first discussed on a call. Consolidated feedback from your nominated approver, in a single message per revision round, keeps the project on schedule.
6. Billing and Payment Questions
Questions about an invoice, a deposit, a milestone, or a refund should be sent by email with the project name and the invoice number, if you have it. Our position on deposits, cancellations, and refunds is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you disagree with a charge, contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank so that we have a chance to resolve it directly.
7. Privacy Requests
To ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to exercise any other right described in our Privacy Policy, write to us by email or post and state clearly which right you are exercising. We will verify your identity before acting on the request, and we will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you.
8. Intellectual Property and Infringement Notices
Notices about copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property, including takedown requests, should be sent by email or post using the details below. The information your notice needs to contain is listed in our Intellectual Property Policy. We acknowledge notices promptly and investigate every one of them.
9. Accessibility Requests
If any part of this website prevents you from contacting us, you do not have to use the enquiry form. Email, telephone, and post are always available, and we will provide content in an alternative format on request. See our Accessibility Statement for what we commit to and how quickly.
10. Formal and Legal Notices
Formal notices under any agreement with Casmora Studio, and any legal correspondence, should be sent to the postal address below and, where possible, copied by email so that we can act on them without delay. Notices are treated as received on the day they arrive at that address, or on the next business day if they arrive outside working hours.
11. Security of Communications
Email and the enquiry form are not encrypted end to end, and messages sent through them are not confidential in the legal sense. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through these channels. If a project requires something of that kind, we will arrange a secure method with you first.
12. What These Channels Are Not For
We do not accept unsolicited commercial offers, link exchange requests, mass marketing, or automated submissions through our contact channels, and we may block senders who use them that way. We also do not accept unsolicited creative pitches or speculative work.
13. Language and Time Zone
We work in English. Our business hours follow the Mountain Time Zone, and we schedule calls around our clients wherever they are based. If a written translation is needed for a formal notice, please provide one alongside the original.
14. Changes to This Page
If our contact details change, this page is updated first, and the other policies that refer to it are updated to match. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when these details were last confirmed.
